Complaints Based on statistics released by the BCA (British Car Association), the sales of used cars managed to reach an all-time high sale of £45.1 billion in last year. That’s proportional to 7.2 million units of second hand cars that were sold.

The issue is that the study also demonstrates that at least 84,000 complaints that are coming from consumers of used cars is significantly higher compared to purchases of other products.

Drivers spent more then £363 million on the complaint cases cost a shockingly £4321 each complaint. An analysis of over 2500 complaints shows that around 83% of the dissensions were regarding the flaws in the used car that was particularly uncovered during the initial month4/5 of used cars required essential repairs and 139 were sent to the Scrap yard!

That is over 5%.
