Citroen C4 Picasso 2006 – 13 Child Safety, Parts & Repair
Citroen C4 Picasso
used cars are quirky vehicles that do not fit into any box. Its innovative shape and style has challenged the lines of style. This seven-seater vehicle is a front-wheel drive hatchback.
Exteriorly, the Picasso is a sleek, attractive, and sporty vehicle. Compared to its class of cars, the Picasso can be adjusted to suit who ever is driving it.
Driving inside the Picasso is comfortable, with strong performance. Although it may not be meant for long commutes, the Picasso is great for those who want to stand out on the road.
With plush seating comfortable space, and enough quirkiness to feed the desires of any driver, the C4 is a vehicle that is nothing like the rest.
To test its durability, Euro NCAP ran a frontal Offset Crash test on the Citroen C4 Picasso and it received a 4-STAR rating based on its performance and protection in high-speed front and side crash tests.

Child Safety
When riding the C4 Picasso, children less than 18 month of age should be facing the rear. After that age, it is advised that children be forward-facing. This is to avoid the impact on the chest.
POOR | WEAK | MARGINAL | ADEQUATE | GOOD |
However, safety could potentially be of concern. In a frontal impact collision, the driver and passenger only have adequate protection. The C4 provides weak protection for the chest when in a side impact collision and marginally weak whiplash in a rear impact collision. Pedestrian protection is poor as well. Despite this, the C4 has been given a 4-star rating for crashworthiness, ability to protect the legs, and safety assistance.
